I am writing to raise the following issues which have happened to me at (work/school/college etc)
(Then write in here a very brief summary of the points you need to raise which explain how you have been unfairly treated)
As a public body you are bound under the Equality Act, by the Public Sector Equality Duty to foster good relations between people with a protected characteristic and those who do not have a protected characteristic. The Equality Act 2010 also requires all Public bodies such as schools, colleges, councils, GP practices, hospitals and primary care centres to promote equality for trans people and to work towards ending prejudice and discrimination.
I would appreciate it if you could let me know what steps you are taking to meet your obligations under the Equality Duty.
